Mother Teresa Film Festival underway in Jowai

JOWAI: After Shillong, the Mother Teresa International Film Festival  began at the District Library Auditorium in Jowai on Wednesday.
The MTIFF 2016 celebrates the canonisation of Saint Teresa. The festival will conclude on September 17.
Films, documentaries and short films showcasing the life and work of Saint Teresa would be screened at the festival.
Arch Bishop, Rev. Thomas Menampararampli, an Apostolic Administrator of Jowai Diocese was the chief guest on the opening day of the festival.
