Stage play
In effort to promote theatre and creative writing in the region, the Department of English along with the Drama Club, La Societe Litteraire Anglais, Lady Keane College, staged Dr T.K Kharbamon’s One Act Comedies – ‘All for the love of english’ and ‘A package of brains’ on September 15- 17 at the college auditorium for schools and colleges in the city.
PM’s birth anniv celebrated
Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Shillong, observed the Hindi Diwas cum Vijay Diwas to celebrate the birth anniversary of Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi in association with Metallica-Sargam Sports & Cultural Club, Shillong at the premises of R.B.AnupChand Hindi Sec. School on Saturday. Waquil Ahmed and Indira Roy were the guest speakers during the occasion.
