Abducted Rongram traders back home

TURA: Two traders from Rongram town, near Tura, who had been kidnapped at gunpoint by suspected GNLA rebels last week have been released unharmed.
Traders Bijoy Khandu and Rajesh Mahanta had gone to sell their wares at Chinabat weekly market, located on the old Tura-Williamnagar road, on September 21 when the militants took them away at gunpoint.
The two traders returned home after being released unharmed.
