One Kadir Shah (26), son of Nasreen Begum of Mawbah, Jhalupara was found missing from his residence since September 28. He has an oval-shaped face with swarthy complexion and is 5’3’’. Police informed on Thursday that the missing person has mental imbalance and anyone who knows his whereabouts can call the SP’s office, crime branch- 9436103108 / 9774070078 and Police Control Room- 0364-222277.
