Who ordered PN Syiem’s suspension?

SHILLONG: Incidentally, it is not clear as to who took the final call for suspending KHADC CEM P.N Syiem from the Congress.MPCC president D.D Lapang said Syiem was suspended as per the direction of the AICC.However, when contacted, AICC Meghalaya in charge C.P Joshi said it was the Pradesh Congress Chief’s decision and media should talk to him on the matter.
