Syiem yet to accept MDCs resignations

SHILLONG: KHADC CEM P.N. Syiem is yet to accept the resignation of the five MDCs who withdrew their support to the PDF coalition on the direction of the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC).
Syiem, who was recently suspended from the Congress, said, “It will be accepted. As for the induction of new Executive Members (EMs), we are not in a hurry, it will be decided later.”
When asked about the Pyndensohsaw Polling Booth Youth Congress (PPBYC) siding with the MPCC on his suspension, he said, “It is the personal opinion of those concerned.”
