BB Lyngdoh remembered

SHILLONG: Meghalaya’s third Chief Minister B.B. Lyngdoh’s 13th death anniversary was observed at Pynursla on Wednesday by his family members along with the BB Lyngdoh Memorial Committee.
Known as the architect of coalition government and the MLA scheme, Bah Bring as he was fondly called, was remembered for his efforts to bring development in the state.
Members of UDP were also present on the occasion.
On the occasion, UDP leader Titosstarwell Chyne promised a contribution of Rs 4 lakh for the construction of a memorial hall named after BB Lyngdoh besides erecting a bust of the late leader.
