SHILLONG: The Court of Judicial Magistrate on Tuesday convicted three persons for creating nuisance in the city. The three persons identified as Bishal Syiemlieh, Sanborlang Jana and Franklinton Mawlieh, were convicted under Section 110 (1)(b)  of Meghalaya Police Act. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5000 on each of them.
