Support for JA Lyngdoh

SHILLONG: All members of UDP’s Riatsamthiah unit quit the party in support of former minister JA Lyngdoh who will contest the elections from North Shillong constituency in the 2018 assembly elections.
The Riatsamthiah unit was also dissolved. Lyngdoh had recently resigned from the UDP.
