Man arrested for stalking daughter

JOWAI: Ummulong Police in West Jaintia Hills arrested one Heimon Phawa for allegedly stalking and threatening his minor daughter, Elinda Ksoo who works as a maid in the residence of one Dr. Maria Syngkon. It was also informed that both the family of Ksoo and Phawa had on October 18 held a meeting where Phawa agreed that he would stop stalking his daughter. However, on Sunday night, he trespassed into Dr. Syngkon’s house at Ummulong but fled after he was spotted by one Leo Laloo.
