SHILLONG: The State Government has designated the District Council Affairs Department, Meghalaya Civil Secretary, Additional Building, Room No. 511 as the Public Authority; the Commissioner and Secretary, Meghalaya Secretariat, Main Building, Room No. 230, EPABX: 2425 as the Appellate Authority; the Under Secretary, EPABX: 2418 as Public Information Officer and the Superintendent, EPABX: 2418 as the Assistant Public Information Officer. This was informed by the Commissioner and Secretary, Government of Meghalaya, District Council Affairs Department.
