SHILLONG: On November 2, a complaint was lodged stating that a 4-year-old girl was raped by one 15-year-old boy in a house at Photjaud in South West Khasi Hills. In another incident, a woman lodged a complaint stating that one Sonu Thabah of Langumshing village in West Khasi Hills attempted to rape her 16-year-old sister on separate occasions since October 2016. The accused also threatened the complainant and her husband.
