SHILLONG: Two people were reported dead in separate road accidents in the state. Police stated that on Friday, around 12.40pm, an unknown truck dashed against one scooty ridden by Ming Syngkli, 41, at Umran, NH-40 in Ri Bhoi district. The rider died on the spot. On the same day, an unknown vehicle fatally knocked down one Muhes Pariat at Tangmang village in Pynursla, East Khasi Hills
