SHILLONG: One Rakesh Sharma lodged a complaint stating that on November 3 three to four miscreants overpowered Md. Nasiruddin, the driver of a truck at Umkhen, Shillong by-pass and drove the truck away.
In another incident, unknown miscreants stole one Maruti Swift D’zire  belonging to Raju Datta from ITI, Rynjah on November 2.
