SHILLONG: The FKJGP, Mawroh Unit, along with Dorbar Shnong, Mawlai Mawroh has directed vehicles to not resort to speed driving in and around the Mawlai Mawroh area. The union added that stern action would be taken against those engaged in reckless driving.
In a statement to the press, the FKJGP said that drivers should be careful while driving through Mawroh road leading to NEHU. The pressure group organisation has, in this regard, urged the Public Work Department (PWD) to install speed breakers as was promised.
