SHILLONG: A unique food festival is being organised on December 3 displaying the culinary traditions of various communities making it a gastronomic delight. Over 200 men and women from the city will showcase their culinary skills on the spot and vie for attractive prizes.
A number of social organisations, including one from Bangladesh, will open a wide variety of food stalls on the day. Quiz on food, fun games and live music will be the other side attractions.
The food festival is part of Rilbong Sports and Cultural Club’s Diamond Jubilee celebration.
