SHILLONG: Monday will be the last day for filing of nominations by candidates who will contest the by-election to the KHADC and JHADC while scrutiny of nomination papers will be done in the afternoon on the same day. The filing of nomination is till 3 pm following which papers will be taken up for scrutiny.
