Cong, KHNAM workers join UDP

SHILLONG: Around 45 workers and party functionaries of the Congress and the KHNAM from West Shillong constituency on Tuesday deserted the national party for UDP.
Local MLA and UDP working president Paul Lyngdoh said all those who joined UPD have pledged their commitment to the growth and success of the party in South Shillong constituency.
The main office bearers who joined the UDP are from Qualapatty, Bishop Falls and some other areas of the constituency.
