Trucks prohibited on weak WKH bridge

NONGSTOIN: The wooden bridge on Risiang-Wahlyngdoh-Nongstoin Road has been damaged due to constant plying of heavy vehicles.
Keeping the imminent danger of the bridge collapsing in mind, West Khasi Hills District Magistrate S. Kharlyngdoh has prohibited plying of heavy vehicles on the bridge with immediate effect.
