SHILLONG: The city police have arrested three persons in the last two days for allegedly possessing contraband.
Rudy Wahlang (26) was arrested with .96 gm of suspected heroin from his possession on Friday. Earlier on Thursday, two persons, Filbertson Mawlerin (20) and Andraafilbert Kharphanbuh (21) were arrested from Butcher Road and police recovered 0.13 gm of suspected heroin from their possession.
