Kidnapped boy rescued in GH

SHILLONG: Police on Monday rescued a victim who was abducted from Dangkhong near Dainadubi in North Garo Hills.
Police said in the wee hours of Monday, unidentified miscreants abducted Jiarul Islam (19) of Bongaigaon, Assam from Dangkhong near Dainadubi. Following this, Police conducted search operation and at around 12.30 pm, the victim was rescued from a forest at Rongmatchu village, 8km from Dainadubi.
