SHILLONG: South Shillong MLA, Sanbor Shullai, inaugurated as many as five projects worth Rs 14.45 lakh under the SUWP Schemes on Monday.
The five projects which were inaugurated included high tension MePDCL electricity polls for public safety at Iewdak parking lot in Laban, RCC Water Tank for public distribution at Iewdak Municipal Market, public motorable road at ABP Road, public motorable road at Assam Club lane and car parking facilities at Iewdak.
The inauguration function was presided over by Joy Rynjah, secretary Dorbar Shnong, Laban. The programme was also attended by the residents of the locality.
