SHILLONG: Community Food and Nutrition Extension Unit, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Shillong will observe Swachhta Pakhwada from March 1 to 15 at different areas of the State as part of Swachh Bharat Mission in collaboration with State departments of Health Services and Social Welfare.
A workshop on personal hygiene, environmental sanitation and nutrition has been scheduled at Mawlai Mawroh PHC on March 14 at 11 am. A rally and selection of cleanliness and ideal Anganwadi centre will be held at Laitkroh, on March 15 at 11 am.
