SHILLONG: On March 15, Dondor Dohling lodged a complaint that two persons Kenny Jyrwa (21) and a seventeen year old juvenile stole his cell phone and cash from his vehicle (ML-05J-3435), parked near Don Bosco Museum, Mawlai, Shillong. Police apprehended both the accused.
