No rape, says med report of mentally challenged girl

JOWAI: Medical reports of a mentally challenged teenager, who was allegedly gang raped, ruled out sexual assault.
She was allegedly gang raped by seven persons, six of whom are minors, on March 19 evening when the 16-year-old girl from Samasi village went out to the market, a complaint filed in this regard said.
While four of them were arrested on April 3, one was arrested on the next day. Two more were arrested on Wednesday under the POCSO Act. One of them is 12 years old. All of them are from Mynthning village.
All the juveniles have been sent to a home and others to judicial custody.
