Shillong:The Vivekananda Yoga centre Bangalore and Art of living is creating awareness among masses for control of Diabetes through Yoga.
A free blood test camp including fasting and postprandial plasma for diabetes will be conducted at Jail road on April 9 from 7 am onwards. It will be followed by sessions of Yogasana for 8 days. Second round of blood test will be conducted after 8 days.
It has been observed that blood sugar level reduces through yogasana in a natural way.
Such camps have been conducted at various localities of Shillong including Rilbong, Keating road , Laban Harisabha , Umpling , Jhalupara , 3rd mile and Lumparing.
