You are getting late for work and you want to have a fast grab or pack something for in-between work munching. Alas the maid has taken a day off and you don’t know exactly what to hunt out of the kitchen to satiate your hunger. Don’t fret as Chef Md Enamulla Khan (Ali) of Hotel Polo Towers has a quick-fix solution. Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich can be made faster than you expect and will keep your stomach happy for some time.

Ingredients
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded Amul cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices of bread
4 tablespoons butter, softened
Direction
  1. In a medium bowl beat mayonnaise and stir in Amul cheese, mozzarella cheese and garlic powder and mix the ingredients well.
  2. Spread each of the four bread slices evenly with the cheese mixture. Put the other bread slices on top. Spread butter on both sides of the sandwiches.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook in batches until golden on both sides and the cheese is melted. If you want to put vegetables or chicken as fill-ins go ahead and have a sumptuous breakfast. Enjoy the ultimate cheese-melt with French fries or potato chips.
