JOWAI: The Lower Primary School started by a couple in 1992 and now managed by the local Durbar of Mynthong celebrated its Silver Jubilee at District Library Jowai on Monday.
Deputy Chief Minister RC Laloo was the chief guest on the occasion. Raliang MLA Coming One Ymbon and JHADC Deputy CEM Andrew Shullai were also present.
