The multi storeyed residential quarters of the Soil & Water Conservation Department was inaugurated by Minister of Soil and Water Conservation R.V. Lyngdoh at Lawmali on Tuesday. The quarters have been constructed at a cost of Rs 3.29 crore and have nine units with modern facilities.
