BJYM advocates PM’s nine-point pledge

SHILLONG: The Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), Meghalaya resolved to support the nine-point pledge of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a one-day training programme.
The programme was inaugurated by Shibun Lyngdoh, state president, Bhartiya Janata Party at 7th mile Upper Shillong on Saturday which goes by the theme #I am new India.
In a statement to the press, Egenstar Kurkalang, president of BJYM, said that the nine-point pledge includes – “I stand for corruption free India, I undertake to increased cashless transaction, I will dedicatedly work towards Swacch Bharat, I will ensure a drug free India, I will support and encourage women led development, I stand for protection of nature and natural resources, I extend my complete support to accessible India, I stand for new India of Shanti (Peace), Ekta (equality) and Sadbhavana (harmony) and I will be a job creator and not a job seeker.”
