An ongoing construction of a drain at Malki point is posing danger to passers-by, especially school children, who have to negotiate the uncovered drain everyday. Those implementing the project have not made any effort till date to put up a barricade or a cover of sorts to ensure no untoward incident takes place in the construction area.
