Bank protest
The United Forum of Bank Unions will protest against privatisation and merger of banks and delay in taking action against defaulters on Tuesday by holding a demonstration in front of SBI (main branch) at 5.30 pm.
National seminar
The Department of Philosophy, Lady Keane College in collaboration with the Indian Council of Philosophical Research, New Delhi & Indian Council of Social Science Research, North Eastern Regional Center will organise a three-day national seminar on the theme, “Conflict Transformation and Dharma of peace building : Contemporary relevance in North East India” from May 16-18.
