AoL course concludes in Tura

SHILLONG: A special advance meditation course of the Art of Living (AoL) Meghalaya bureau concluded in Tura on Tuesday. A large number of people from all walks of life including AoL faculty members participated in the four- day programme which explored the inner bliss through a process designed by Aol founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to explore the “kaleidoscopic nature of the self”.
