JOWAI: The body of an accused, Elias Biam, who was allegedly involved in assaulting his son, was found from a jungle near Mynsngat village on Tuesday.
On May 7, his wife, Trodis Dhar lodged a complaint at Nartiang Police station stating that her son Herles Dhar was badly assaulted and stabbed by Biam.
Police who were looking for the accused found his body lying in a jungle near the village.
