SHILLONG: A woman filed a missing complaint at Jhalupara Police Outpost stating that her husband Samuel Nongrum has not returned home since May 12. The woman, Listina Nongsiej, resident of Umlyngka, Upper Shillong stated in the FIR that her husband left for work at 9 am on May 12.
He worked as a Home Guard volunteer in the Office of the Commandant, District Home Guard, East Khasi Hills.
