Leonardo splits from Nina Agdal

Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio has report edly parted ways with his girlfriend, Danish model Nina Agdal, after almost a year of dating. According to a source, their split was ‘drama-free’. ‘Nina and Leo have parted ways. It is amicable. They remain friends,’ the source told a website. DiCaprio was first romantically linked to Agdal in summer of 2016. Although they never posed for a red carpet together, the two often showed affection towards each other in public. They were last seen together in April. Nina Agdal previously dated The Wanted’s member Max George. (IANS)

Nicki to open Billboard Music Awards

Rapper Nicki Minaj will open the 2017 Billboard Music Awards ceremony with a nine-minute show, featuring appearances by Jason Derulo, David Guetta and Lil Wayne. Minaj is nominated in the fan-voted Billboard Chart Achievement category (presented by Xfinity), reports a website. A four-time winner and 23-time nominee, Minaj is going up against Luke Bryan, The Chainsmokers, Twenty One Pilots and The Weeknd. Minaj joins previously announced performers Camila Cabello, The Chainsmokers, Miley Cyrus, Celine Dion, Drake, Florida Georgia Line, Halsey, Sam Hunt, Imagine Dragons, John Legend, Lorde, Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran. Ludacris and Vanessa Hudgens will co-host the show. The Billboard Music Awards will be televised live internationally on Sunday. (IANS)

Steve’s ex sues him for damaging her ‘soul’

TV host and comedian Steve Harveys former wife Mary Shackelford has sued him for $60 million, claiming he has ‘damaged her soul’ after nine years of marriage. According to court documents, Shackelford hasn’t recovered after the split, reports a website. The document was not filed by Shackelford’s lawyer but a woman who claims to be her “civil rights activist”. Shackelford states that she has been suicidal and relies on self-medication in order to deal with the aftermath of their divorce battle. (IANS)
