Miley Cyrus gets emotional while singing Malibu at BBMAs

Singer-actress Miley Cyrus broke down in tears on stage during her performance at the 2017 Billboard Music in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 24-year-old diva was introduced by her father, Billy Cyrus, and younger sister, Noah Cyrus, before she took the stage, reported a website. Billy, 55, gushed about how “proud” he was of the Wrecking Ball hitmaker. “She’s as happy as she’s ever been. And you can hear it in her music,” Noah said of her sister. Miley, who dropped her new single Malibu on May 11, got emotional toward the end of her performance and received a round of applause from the audience — including Nicki Minaj. Miley and Nicki originally fell out in 2015, when the former criticised the rapper’s reaction to her lack of a nomination for her Anaconda music video. (PTI)
