Vehicle stolen
Jesse Dalbot Shira, Border Area Development Officer, Gasuapara , South Garo Hills lodged a complaint that on May 25 around 6.30 am, he detected that unknown miscreants had stolen his Government allotted Gypsy (ML-01-6129) which was parked at Malki junction, Shillong.

NGT ban violation
On May 25 around 10.30 pm, Police conducted vehicle checking near Ladsutnga, East Jaintia Hills and detected one truck (AS-01CC-1986) driven by Faizazur Rahman, suspected of transporting coal beyond permissible limit, in violation of NGT order.

Motorcycles stolen
On May 25 night, unknown miscreants stole two motorcycles (Ml-05P-6867 & AS-1BD-5947) from Punjabi Line, Mawlonghat.
On the night of May 23, unknown miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-05K-5953) belonging to Shemphang Snaitang, parked at Upper Lumparing.

Cattle seized
On May 25 around 1.10 pm, police detected two vehicles driven by Donboklang Khongwir and Khraw Nongrum, carrying eight and nine heads of cattle, respectively at Pynursla Bazar, East Khasi Hills. The cattle were seized and handed over to Customs officials for necessary action.

Fraud
Patric Pala, acting doloi of Sutnga village East Jaintia Hills lodged a complaint that one Kmen Pala of the same village claiming to be the secretary of Elaka, forced some residents to sign certain documents by threatening them.
On the night of May 24, unknown miscreants broke into Thomas Jones-I Secondary School at Pyndengrei, Nongstoin and stole Rs. 15,000.
