SHILLONG: The Captain Bhuwan Singh Rai Memorial Football tournament, organized by Super Boy’s Sports and Cultural Club, will commence from Sunday at Cantonment Board Play Ground at 1 pm . Month long tournament will be inaugurate by his grandson and founder member of the club Uttam Rai and President of the club Prem Kumar Chettri.
