The enforcement wing of KHADC and members of FKJGP, Upper Shillong circle, conduct an inspection at Mawsawa and 11th Mile in Upper Shillong. The inspection team later said the labourers at the project site do not have valid documents like labour licence and work permit. FKJGP alleged that the workers were brought to Mylliem by companies, businessmen and contractors.
