Sainkupar Mawiong has been awarded the PhD degree by NEHU for his thesis, “Some problems in computational Algebraic topology’, under the supervision of Prof. Himadri Kumar Mukerjee, department of Mathematics, NEHU.

Kampher Phawa has been awarded the Ph.D degree by NEHU for his thesis “Postcolonial Perpectives in Khasi Literature; A study of Selected Works”, under the supervision of D.R.L. Nonglait, Department of Khasi, NEHU.

Bhalang Sungoh has been awarded the Ph.D degree by NEHU for her thesis, “Anxiety, reactions to frustration and depression among secondary school students of Jaintia Hills in Meghalaya”, under the supervision of Dr. Yodida Bhutia.
