SHILLONG: In a boost to the Congress in Sohiong constituency, vice president of UDP’s Rangshken circle, Julius Ryntathiang, joined the ruling party along with supporters and leaders of the regional party.
Ryntathiang claimed that following his exit, the executive committee of UDP’s Rangshken circle was dissolved.
Ryntathiang and other UDP members and supporters were welcomed to the Congress by local MLA HDR Lyngdoh.
