Shillong Zone (State B) Chess Championship concludes

Shillong: The Shillong Zone (State B) Chess Championship at Lama Villa successfully concluded on June 17 and the following 15 players are qualified to play the (State A) Tournament Selection for Nationals along with the existing State Team and selected players from other districts of Meghalaya. The players ranked in order of merit under Shillong Zone are: Benedict Shabong, Amit Saraf, Jerry Pajat, Amar Bhandari, W Kharnaior, Kiron Joshi, Ganesh Rai, Kevinson Jyrwa, Banri John Mukhim, Arjun Singh, Ban Shylla, David Nongbet, Amar Thapa, Sudhanshu Pandey, Pravin Sharma.
