Woman loses Rs 49000 to fraud call

SHILLONG: Anita Bhattacharjee lodged a complaint that on June 26 evening, she received one anonymous phone call wherein the caller identified himself as bank employee and asked her for ATM details. Later, she received an SMS informing that Rs. 48,998 has been debited from her account.
