Shillong : The Timing for the Inaugural ceremony of the 3rd. Meghalaya State Shooting Championship 2017 is at 10am at the Assam Regimental Centre,indoor shooting range,  Happy Valley and not 9am as communicated earlier. Inconvenience caused is regreted.
