On June 30 around 9.15 pm, one vehicle (ML-05D-6405) driven by Fullmoon K. Bani (48) met with an accident at Mawroh village in West Khasi Hills. As a result, the driver sustained injuries and was shifted to NEIGRIHMS, where he succumbed to his injuries.
In another incident, on June 25 around 7 pm, one scooty (ML-05G-5839) ridden by Frankie Swer (18) dashed against a roadside wall in Laitlyngkot. In the incident, the rider and one pillion rider sustained injuries and were shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong. Later, the rider was referred to NEIGRIHMS, where he succumbed to his injuries.
