Governor’s nod to end administrator’s rule in GHADC

TURA: The Governor of Meghalaya on Monday approved the decision of the state Cabinet to withdraw administrator’s rule in Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) paving the way for election of a Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the district council. The notification has been issued for election of the CEM  on July 18 next.
