Traditional head tenders apology to Shallang doctor

SHILLONG: Pascal Nongrum, Secretary Shnong of Shallang Sohbar A Pormawlein locality apologized to the doctor in charge, Shallang PHC for stating that the doctor did not help to improve the road in the area.
“I did not mean to tarnish the image of the doctor in charge. I apologize to the doctor who is trying to do the best to help in construction of the road,” Nongrum said.
Earlier on Saturday, the Shallang villagers as well as the staff of Shallang PHC had praised Gigur Myrthong, the NPP ticket aspirant for taking initiative to construct and repair the road from NH-44 (E) to Shallang PHC.
