SHILLONG: A seminar on ‘Recycling and Waste Management in Schools’ will be organised at St Peter’s Secondary School in Ri Bhoi on Monday.
The seminar, which is organised by Meghalaya Research and Development Society (MRDS), a non-profit organisation, will spread the message of “reduce, reuse and recycle” to help address the extensive waste generated daily.
It will also encourage schools in forming recycle clubs. The guest speaker will be Nangjop Thabah from #nolittershillong.
