Girl brought back from Telangana

SHILLONG: The girl from West Khasi Hills who allegedly faced harassment at an institute at Telangana was brought back to the state.
Sources said on Monday that following the FIR filed by CSWO president Agnes Kharshiing that the girl was taught to massage instead of undertaking beautician course by the institute, the transportation for the girl was arranged by the institute.
After she arrived in Guwahati in the afternoon, with the assistance from Assam and Meghalaya police, she was brought to Shillong.
Kharshiing in her FIR had said that the girl had joined 02 Skill Pvt., Ltd., C/o Nexus Engineering College, Yacharam (Mandal & Village) Ibranhimputnam Rangareddy District, Telangana for training as advertised for beautician, instead she was taught to do massage for spas.
